The terms you agree to by using Thin32 tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Thin32 software ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Don't agree? Don't use the Software.
Updates: We may revise these Terms. Continued use = acceptance of changes. We'll update the date above and notify license holders of material changes.
2. Definitions
- "We," "Us," "Thin32": The creators and operators of Thin32 software
- "You," "User": Any person or entity using the Software
- "Software": Any application distributed by Thin32 (Glide, future tools)
- "License": Your right to use the Software under these Terms
- "Pro License": Paid perpetual license (EUR29)
- "Enterprise License": Paid annual subscription license (EUR249/year)
3. License Grant
Free Tier (No Purchase Required)
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
- Install on unlimited devices you own or control
- Use in corporate environments (but see Enterprise tier for kiosks)
Pro Tier (EUR29 one-time purchase)
Perpetual license means:
- Lifetime use of all current and future Thin32 tools
- Install on multiple devices under your personal use
- Early access to new releases (2-4 weeks before Free tier)
- Continued access even if we discontinue the product
Enterprise Tier (EUR249/year subscription)
Annual subscription includes:
- Everything in Pro tier
- Licensed for kiosk/public deployments (e.g., retail, hospitality)
- Unlimited devices within your organization
- Service-level agreement (24-hour response time)
- Deployment assistance and configuration support
4. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software
- Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or license identifiers
- Redistribute, sell, rent, or lease the Software or licenses
- Circumvent license validation or share license keys
- Use for illegal purposes or to violate others' rights
- Claim ownership or misrepresent the Software's origin
Kiosk/Unattended Deployments
- Free and Pro tiers: Not licensed for kiosk, public, or unattended use
- Enterprise tier: Explicitly licensed for these scenarios
5. Intellectual Property
We own everything:
- All source code, binaries, and executables
- Thin32 name, logo, and branding
- Documentation, UI design, and website content
- Updates, modifications, and derivative works
6. Payment & Refunds

Purchases are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record):
Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee:
- Email contact@thin32.win within 14 days of purchase
- We'll issue a full refund via Paddle
- No questions asked, but we appreciate feedback
7. Support
Free Tier
- Community support via GitHub Issues
- No guaranteed response time
Pro Tier
- Email support at contact@thin32.win
- Best-effort response (usually 2-5 business days)
- No SLA or guarantees
Enterprise Tier
- Service-level agreement: 24-hour response time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm CET)
- Direct email or chat support
- Priority bug fixes
- Deployment assistance
8. Updates & Maintenance
We may:
- Release updates, bug fixes, and new features anytime
- Discontinue support for older versions
- Sunset products entirely (with 90-day notice to license holders)
9. Termination
We may terminate your license if you:
- Violate these Terms (especially license restrictions)
- Abuse refund policies
- Engage in fraudulent activity
10. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."
We make NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with your system or other software
- Data integrity or loss prevention
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY BELGIAN AND EU LAW:
- Data loss, corruption, or system damage
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us (EUR0 for Free tier)
12. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing law: Laws of Belgium and the European Union.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
EU consumers: You retain rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to sue in your home country.

- We'll try to resolve it amicably
- If unresolved, either party may pursue legal action
13. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Thin32.
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive it.
- Assignment: You can't transfer your license without our written consent. We can assign these Terms freely.
- Force majeure: We're not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (server outages, DDoS attacks, etc.).
